The kids up at George Hall Elementary School (by San Francisco) really enjoyed the draw-along assemblies their PTA brought in. Here’s what the teachers said:
Lily Sanders – I wanted to let you know that my kids enjoyed the assembly and have since tried some of the strategies you taught them. They were very excited to work on them and bring them home to share with their families. I thought you did a great job with the management strategies you used. I would be very comfortable recommending your program. The interactivity was key to “drawing” them in!!
Lori Hughes – Hi. Thanks for a fun assembly. Even though most of the writing was above my students’ skill level ( they are preschoolers with special needs) they seemed to enjoy the process and tried their best. I had one student with Autism who did such an excellent job at following your drawing directions. He surprised us all with his great drawings of a fish and whale and kept on telling us “Look, I did it!” He was smiling from head to toe and was very proud of his drawings!! I sent a copy to his parents and saved one for his school portfolio. Thanks again.
Ms. Roy – My students and I enjoyed this morning’s assembly. My students went home today excited to show the drawings you guided them to make. They loved their drawings and were very proud to show them to their parents. I actually have students who never really enjoyed art because they can’t draw — BUT YOU SHOWED THEM HOW TO DRAW A NICE PICTURE! You do an amazing job. Kudos to you! Thanks for sharing your talent with us today at George Hall School!
